Terms of Service
These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of NeuralPool's website, daemon, compute APIs, dashboards, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of the Service, including export controls, sanctions, tax obligations, and crypto regulations in your country.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, API keys, and Solana wallet keys. NeuralPool cannot recover lost wallet keys. If you suspect unauthorized access, email info@neuralpool.io immediately.
3. Provider obligations
If you run the NeuralPool daemon as a provider:
- You own or have lawful authority to use the GPU hardware you connect.
- You are responsible for all electricity, internet, and hardware costs.
- You agree to honest reporting of GPU specs — falsified hardware claims may result in account termination and forfeiture of pending earnings.
- Sybil mining (running multiple identities to inflate earnings) is prohibited and grounds for permanent ban.
4. Customer obligations
If you rent compute or use the inference API:
- You will not submit jobs that violate applicable law (CSAM, sanctions evasion, malware, IP theft, etc.).
- You are responsible for complying with any terms of upstream model licenses.
- You will not attempt to identify, contact, or attack provider hardware.
5. Payments and payouts
- Compute is billed in USDC or fiat (where supported). Quoted prices are estimates; final billing reflects actual GPU-hours consumed.
- Provider earnings are settled at minimum thresholds posted in the dashboard. Solana network fees are deducted from each payout.
- $NEURAL holder rewards are calculated monthly from aggregate fee revenue and distributed at NeuralPool's discretion.
- Refunds are evaluated case-by-case for paid-and-undelivered compute. Crypto payments are non-reversible by NeuralPool once on-chain.
6. $NEURAL token
$NEURAL is a utility token used to access discounts, holder yield, and validator nodes on the NeuralPool network. $NEURAL is not an investment contract, security, or claim on profits. NeuralPool makes no guarantee about $NEURAL's future market price.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the daemon or API beyond rights granted by open-source license.
- Use the Service to operate a competing compute network.
- Probe, scan, or stress-test infrastructure without written permission.
- Submit jobs whose output is intended to defraud, harm, or unlawfully impersonate.
8. Intellectual property
NeuralPool retains all rights to the Service, branding, and proprietary code. The daemon's open-source components are governed by their respective licenses. You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs to the inference API.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for behavior that endangers the network or other users. Pending earnings on terminated provider accounts where Sybil or fraud is detected are forfeited. Otherwise, vested earnings are payable at the next regular payout cycle.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of any AI model output. AI outputs may be incorrect, biased, or unsafe — verify critical results independently.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralPool's total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the fees you paid to NeuralPool in the 30 days preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or token price movements.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NeuralPool harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service in violation of law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, except where prohibited by law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
