Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information NeuralPool ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using neuralpool.io or running the NeuralPool daemon, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create a compute account or register as a provider, we collect your email address, a hashed password, and an optional display name. We do not collect government IDs, addresses, or phone numbers unless you voluntarily provide them for support.

Wallet addresses

Provider payouts and $NEURAL holder rewards are paid to a Solana wallet address you submit. Wallet addresses are public on-chain data; we store them only to route payments and surface them in your dashboard.

Hardware telemetry

The NeuralPool daemon reports the following from machines you opt-in:

We do not collect filesystem contents, screen captures, browser history, or any personal data outside the daemon's scope.

Usage and logs

Standard web logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, page paths) are retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use information

3. Information we share

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

4. Cookies

We use first-party cookies and localStorage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and maintain CSRF protection. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Your choices

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. API keys are stored as one-way HMAC tokens. The site runs over TLS (Let's Encrypt). No system is perfectly secure — we recommend using a unique password and enabling 2FA on the email tied to your account.

7. Children

NeuralPool is not directed to anyone under 18. Do not use the service if you are under 18.

8. International transfers

NeuralPool is operated from the United States. By using the service, you consent to your information being processed in the U.S.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
